Took my daughter to get tap shoes. The sales assistant was fantastic, she brought out many options to make sure we had the most comfortable and best fitting pair. It's such a pleasant experience to go somewhere that has all the options for you to try, you can but them and take them home immediately! No mailing things back and forth and waiting for packages to arrive.
We also purchased the softest comfiest leotard ever. My daughter loved the experience and she usually hates trying things on.

I had to pick up a pair of kneepads for a class later this evening so dropped by Teddy Shoes. The owner was so kind and welcoming and helped me pick out a pair that fit. It's a cute family-owned store with a lot of fun selections. Thank you!

" Great service! Was able to special order specific Fuego dance shoes in my large size quickly (communicating through WhatsApp) and they are perfect! It’s hard to find anywhere else in the Boston area to try on these shoes, so I’m very thankful for Steve’s proactive help.
I live halfway across the country and ordered 2 hats I had tried for weeks to find online. Teddy got them shipped quickly, and they are perfect! Thanks, Teddy! Would definitely highly recommend.
Great experience, highly recommend, and a great opportunity to support a local business! Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in to get a pair of pointe shoes. I found the pair I wanted with some guidance from Steve. I left with new pointe shoes, toe pads, and elastic bands and ribbons I'm looking forward to sew!

This is one of my favorite places in Boston. Awesome neighborhood store, very helpful, and supplies all you need for dance. This is the only dance store easily accessible in Boston on public transit, it’s such a neat spot, really recommend going in.
What a great shop! Steven was so very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me to select the correct shoes. He even helped a friend make a purchase over the phone. Huge selection! Look forward to shopping there again.
